While the alarm is going off the vehicle will not start so you can be sure your vehicle will stay where you left it. The siren will sound if the hood or any doors are opened while the system is armed. A shock sensor is also mounted in the vehicle so any vibrations from attempts to break out windows, open doors or things of the like will also set off the siren. Keyless entry is also included on the keypad and depending on the vehicle the trunk release can also be used through the remote. A L.E.D is included with the alarm and can be installed on the dash or easily visible surface as a theft deterrent.
